REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

We at Manicaa want the consumer, hereafter referred to as “you”, to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or refund you, subject to the below terms.

1. When you can return goods:

Unwanted goods:

If you wish to return a product as unwanted, or you have changed your mind, you will need to send a return request to Manicaa Returns within 7 days of receipt of the goods – this will be honored for providing:

  • the goods have not been opened or used
  • they are not consumable foods, customized goods, software that has been unsealed by the consumer, newspapers, periodicals, magazines, books,

You will be liable for the return costs; if you would prefer the items collected this cost will be secured from the item refund. The goods will need to reach Manicaa within 7 days of the return being approved.

A restocking penalty of up to 35% of the item cost may also be applied due to the costs to return the item(s) to the international supplier.

2. Products that qualify for Returns

  • If the wrong item was delivered or is not according to the specifications on the website

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us by completing the return request here and we will collect the product from you at no charge.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return:

  • We could credit your account with the purchase price of the product
  • Refund the purchase price
  • Deliver a replacement product.
  • If a product is missing any parts or accessories.

If a part or product which should be included as per the website is missing, please notify us by completing the return request here and we will collect the product from you at no charge.

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, by completing the return request here

3. Non-Returnable Items

What Items are Non-Returnable?

In accordance with federal and state guidelines and for the safety of our consumers, suppliers and carriers, some products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please see below for information on product categories where these restrictions may apply.

  • Perfumes and Fragrances
  • Skin Care Products
  • Makeup and Nail Care Products
  • Personal Grooming Products
  • Aromatherapy and Massage Products 
  • Vitamins and Supplements
  • Medical Supplies and Equipment
  • Dental Care Products
  • Insect Repellents and Sunscreens

Personal and Perishable Items

  • Intimate Apparel
  • Body Jewellery
  • Products containing food items
  • Flowers and Plants

Other Non-Returnable Items

  • "As is" and "Final Sale" items
  • Ink Cartridges
  • Factory-Sealed sports collectibles
  • Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindles more than 30 days after delivery
  • items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products
  • Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
  • Gift cards (except as required by law)
  • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
  • Some jewelry orders
  • Grocery products
  • Open software
  • Items with special shipping restrictions
  • Live insects

Non-Returnable If Opened

  • Mattresses (unless damaged or defective)
  • Mattress Toppers and Pillows
  • Items sold in bulk or by the case

Non-Returnable if worn, or if tags/liners are removed

  • Swimwear
  • Designer Clothing
  • Designer Handbags and Accessories
  • Books; DVD & Blu-ray; PC & Video Games:- [New & Used/Pre-Owned Books

There are some items that you can't return to manicaa.com: Books; DVD & Blu-ray; PC & Video Games:- [New & Used/Pre-Owned Books]. These items are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

Please note that this is not an all-inclusive list, and there may be other select items that are not returnable. You can verify if the item is non-returnable in the product description on the web page. If the item is restricted for returns, it will be disclosed in the returns section of the product details. 

If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective please contact Customer Care.

4. Implied warranty of quality

All goods sold to you are sold with an implied warranty of quality, that cannot be contracted out of or revoked. The warranty gives you the right to receive goods that:

  • are of good quality, free of defects and in good working order, and
  • will be durable and usable for a reasonable period of time.

If goods are found not to comply with these requirements, then, for up to 6 months after receiving the goods, you can:

  • return the goods, or
  • get the goods replaced, or
  • get the goods repaired.

However, you will not be able to return the goods because it was defective or not suitable for the purpose if:

  • you were made aware of the specific defects, and
  • you agreed to receive the goods in that condition.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the payment method used when purchasing –payment by Instant EFT/normal EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account. Refunds will be processed within 2 – 5 days of receipt of the goods.

6. Return problems

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) refuse the return, or only to replace the item that you did return; or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item only.
